How to prepare for an interview

 When interviewing someone, the interviewer needs to know the interviewee's full name and how to spell it. The interview needs to be recorded so that there's undeniable proof of what was said. There should be about 10 to 15 in depth questions in the interview. There needs to be in depth questions so that the interviewee can elaborate and so that there's more content. The questions should also pertain to what the topic is on.
